Our packer range includes exclusive bag filling methods and models with unique product delivery and metering. The range is divided into two series – TECNO and OPTIMA. TECNO utilizes refined versions of common gross weigh bag fill methods. OPTIMA utilizes a net-weigh scale to pre-weigh and discharge the product to the packer. Greater choice in filling methods, coupled with high-end quality construction, and Technipes exclusive weigh controls, optimizes packing efficiency and cleanliness.
Packers may be fully automated with the Technipes TRANSFER automated bag placer, which delivers the industry’s most simple, compact, and reliable automation solution for any valve bagger. Several bag sealing methods including two types of SONSEAL ultrasonic and a Technipes exclusive ET/2 non ultrasonic method complete our formidable solution possibilities.
