ADVANTA Fully Automated Open-Mouth Bagger

This fully automated bagger is specifically designed for use with gusseted open-mouth bags. General design emphasizes simplified automation and minimal maintenance requirements. Full bag control and support is featured throughout the filling and closing of the bags. The bagger may be configured to accept any type of bag closing system, and offers an exclusive static sealing system for PBOM (pinch bottom open-mouth) paper bags which eliminates the maintenance associated with more common continuous sealer systems. The bagger is suitable for use with paper, plastic, or woven polypropylene bags, and may be configured to accept any type of bag closing system. Bag size changeover is fully automated, and occurs at the touch of a button on the machine HMI.
