The scales are simple in design, featuring a weigh bucket floated on load cells, and equipped with discharge doors. Scales for baggers are typically produced in 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, and 100kg sizes. Scales utilized in process or with net weigh bulk bag systems, are produced in 200/300kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, and 4000kg sizes. Depending on the product characteristics to be weighed and the capacity required, scales may be fitted with a choice or combination of six different feeder types including screw, twin screw, belt, impeller, vibratory, and gravity feeder systems. Scales are controlled by the latest in electronic weigh controller technology. Together with certain important mechanical features and operation sequence, optimal weigh accuracy is assured.
